What to know about Brio 33 “concierge level service” event spaces

Two Private Dining Room Spaces

Large Dining Room

Accommodates up to 36 guests (seated) and 40 guests (standing)

Small Dining Room

Accommodates up to 26 guests (seated) and 30 guests (standing)

For large events of more than 36 to 40 guests

Brio 33 will consider providing our Main Dining room for your event if it is available.

Our Main Dining room will accommodate up to 80 guests and will exclude our small private room, bar area, and patio, which would be open to the public.

Your event is subject to food and beverage minimums

Food and beverage minimums are determined by your room selection, event day of the week, and time of day.

Fees, Deposits, Cancellations, Taxes & Gratuities

• Brio 33 does not charge a private dining room rental fee

• Brio 33 requires a 20% deposit determined by the quoted food and beverage minimum

• Brio 33 requests (at least) a 72-hour notice of cancellation.

• In the case of late cancellation, the card on file will be charged 18% of the quoted food and beverage

• MA/Local Tax of 7.25% is automatically added to your event total

• Gratuity of 22% is automatically added to your food and beverage total

Beverage Service

Hosted Bar: All beverages are covered on the host's main bill

Cash Bar: Guests pay for their own alcoholic beverages with guest tabs set up, with a credit card, created by the servers dedicated to the event


Limited Bar:

  • Hosts may choose to limit quantities or types of alcoholic beverages to include on their main bill. For example, a host may decide to offer a maximum of two drinks per guest, and anything ordered after that maximum is met, would be the responsibility of the guest to pay on their own respective tab.
  • Hosts might decide to include the offer of beer and wine only, excluding cocktails.
  • Our staff is well-prepared to handle any Host set bar rules/limitations!


Non-Alcoholic Beverages:

  • Soda, juice, coffee, and tea are all included in per-person-priced menus
  • Mocktails, Bottled Water, and bottled Root Beer are not included


If possible, please let us know if any members of your party have special dietary requirements before finalization of your event menu


Our table settings:

  • Tablecloths are Navy blue
  • Cloth napkins are gray & white striped with 2 forks and a knife
  • Table settings include bread plates, water glasses, and votives
  • Wine glasses can be included if requested
  • Room review and set-up must be finalized before your scheduled event



• Decorations are allowed. We kindly ask that glitter and or confetti be kept to a minimum.

• Menus should be finalized ideally two weeks prior to the event due to ordering lead requirements.

• Brio 33 recommends that any party of over 20 guests order off a pre-set menu.

• In addition to our per-person price-fixed menu options, we are always more than happy to offer a limited menu with 4-5 hand-picked menu options.

• Please let us know if you would like to add a personalized event heading to your menu!

• Hosts are welcome to bring in or have their own cake delivered! Brio 33 will keep your cake safe and at the specified temperature for serving. There is no fee for cake cutting or passing.
